Is It Time to Be a Manager?
Do you think there is room to be an individual contributor that isn't excited about shiny new things? I could see some people thinking that's, that's kind of the death knell for your career. In fact, i think they are like, good, you know, i did what my boss said, and now my boss is happy. But i like that, like, i look at things like, our customers, are they being successful? Is usage going up? Is isOur customer experience better? That's the stuff that gets me excited, you know. And can't like ad then figuring out how to measure that.
