You Are the Light of the World

The essence of every human and even the essence of every life form is there in that recognition of who or what you are. Any human that has ever lived, that essence is immortal and ultimately timeless. It continuously manifests through different forms. Without your consciousness would there be anything here, would this room exist? We don't know,. not as a room, perhaps some, some molecules would still be floating around, but they wouldn't be a room or a table or flower. And so this is an enormous realization of who you are andwhat you are.
