Is Blood Flow Occlusion Training a Good Application?

I'm not sure if you have ever experimented with blood flow occlusion training, but I understand it is quite promising. There are potentially some concerns with autonomic, sympathetic, hyper-excitability,. So again, that's my biases. If you want to feel what what FLEA feels like, yeah, good way is to pump that cuff up and then go try to exercise.
