The Decline of Bengal in Cultural Field
Bengal has been ruled by opposition for the past five decades. Is it a way that when this decline of Bengal in terms of culture literature and politics come is it a very political idea as you know raised by opposition or something? I mean there is something called identity which we were talking about a little while back we which marks these kind of places like West Bengal, Keralalike Tamil Nadu. You can have national national parties there but they would have characteristics of their own.
