The Effect of Training on the Fascia

The fascia is by many now considered the organ of sensation. So if we have some unrest, where we don't like a particular movement, it could be because the fascia is not healthy in an area that we're moving. And then you have held positions, you holding a posture more than 10 15 seconds straightens out the college and fibers,. You lose that waviness which adds to elasticity of the fascia. Then you have positions, you want loading that's, you know, continuous and changing, it responds really well this is my experience to eccentric loading.
