How Stripe Centralized Their Programs

At Stripe we were very mindful about what benefits are there at centralizing something and telling people how to do anything that we could do. We would never tell a team like how to run sprints or even should they do sprints I don't know like you do your thing. The main thing would just be let's find this line between chaos and bureaucracy where the company actually moves as fast as possible from what we can tell.
