I had been there one year and pastor leaves we do not have an interim pastor in place so a lot of those responsibilities were put on me. We didn't have any senior leadership in place like the finance committee made the decision well we're gonna have to fire half the staff. I knew at that point my goal was to help these kids transition and heal you know because they were very close to youth leader she had been there for 10 plus years.
