How do you disconnect from all the bull sheet around you? That's a great question, because i feel like i connect to it every day. It's everywhere, and there's no way not to see it, you know. I actually stop doing what i'm doing, and im try to have an entire ay of of only seeking information or content that inspires me. For me, for example, sometimes it's tead talk. Sometimes it's just reading articles by my favourite rebels.sometimes it's just painting, or, you know, going for a walk
