Do You Know if You Have a Doppelganger or a Time Slip?

Our next question comes to us from Wan V, and he writes, Hi Derek, really big fan. Do you know if doppelgangers involve time slips? I'm not a doppelganger professional, but it's my initial thought there. How about asking for people to send in their weird stories that don't quite fit under the usual categories?
