The Benefits of Exercise for ADHD

Studies have found that athletes with and without ADHD can benefit from sport participation. One study found 30 minutes of intermittent exercise two minutes on and one minute off was beneficial. Exactly how much exercises needed to control impulsivity, lack of attention and hyperactivity associated with ADHD we just don't know yet.
