Starling Lab - The Blockchain and Disinformation
Stanford University is working with Starling Lab to record Russian war crimes on the blockchain. The hope is that Russia will be held accountable for its actions, which include shelling a school in Harkiv and then pretending they've changed into a more friendly society. "We already have multiple presidents from the past of Russia committing genocide of Ukrainians," he says.
