Use analytics to identify low hanging fruit, the stuff you can clean out of the way. Come up with a plan that allows you to chunk based on topic and repository in order to show value. Use what you've already got, taxonomy, search, governance, in order to speed the process. And then number four, pull in some of the cutting edge cement tac when you need it.
