The Big Idea for Coaching Style Episodes

I owned a gym for 10 years. I have no business being an expert in technical anything like I showed people how to do pushups. It's very simple to spend, you know, an hour inside of stream yard and you can figure out how to upload a background and do the banner thing. There's no code. Anything. And it's like I paid $22 a month or something like that. So very cost effective. The big idea for us today, I feel like it's these coaching style episodes.
