In the prologue, we met the dragon and now the the flag of the dragon or the reincarnation of the dragon is being raised. And so it says the standard of the dragon has been raised and men flock to oppose and support. So this is where Fran the Mayor asks, why are they having a war? Yeah. And then Fane in kind of his arrogance, the next sentence says he's mocking the villagers because of their isolation. They don't know what's going on. This is huge news for them.
