How Do You Know When to Start a Launch Team?

Worship service is not a me it's not the ends what the end is through our corporate worship and through our discipleship and through our community. So one of our metrics is not just how many buts are in the seats but are we growing and holiness and are we growing in our willingness ability obedience faithfulness whatever the proper word is? I think that's a really important part of the launch to is everybody on that launch team has to be given the space to talk about how Jesus has impacted them individually because that's setting the stage and raising faith for actually Jesus is going to radically transform lives when they eventually join us  - people who aren't here right now.
