Increasing Police Budgets Reduces Crime Rates

When a given police department has been accused of brutality or using excess force, they tend to pull back from their crime prevention duties. I think the challenge is that those types of changes are not going to happen overnight. But i do believe strongly enough in the research that increasing policing reduces crimera.
