The last few years have been very unique in that they've produced a significant number of record setting exits. The market seems to be course correcting after a crazy but excellent few years where cumulative value of IPOs in both the US and Europe are now down sharply. What we expect is that a disproportionate amount of liquidity relative to prior years will be produced by buyout, M&A and secondaries instead of IPOs. We're also being very prudent about our entry valuations in our own funds and advising others to do the same.
