Many business coaches feel like they shouldn't be working with other business coaches because they should know everything. And so a big part for me has been like learning to how to be coached and how to be a coach that really prioritizes the other person getting what they need. It's leading with curiosity and acting as though it's if with at least intelligent person, or the person with the most to gain is the best way to grow.
