How to Be a Successful Founder

I think when you're an early employee at a company or a founder what you really need to do is have a super well balanced skill set. Your job is really 10 jobs and so if you're super good at programming but you don't know anything about marketing or how to build a product then your company is probably going to fail unless you learn that stuff super quick. I mean there's like a shit ton of stuff that you kind of like need to be good at if you kind of want to be a founder.
