Is Coffee Really Helping Your Hormone?

If you have coffee before breakfast, it can create a bigger gluco spike than after. This is not because it contains sugar, but because it activates your stress response. And also, i learn that coffee in and of itself is just not that great for your mons or contorench. I feel like if we're already in sort of a precarious hormonal situation, it doesn't really help, right? Like, it really can be problematic. But i always say, if you use it medicinally with everything, obviously ice cream too. The goal is to feel good. It sounds simple, but god, it's not that easy.
