How to Analyze Development Deals
I look at deals where I really understand what I'm getting into, what I'm going to add to the deal and what it's going to be worth at the other side. And so any deal that I do, I can literally analyze,. you know, they say on an envelope or a napkin and that's really true. It's like, what's the cost now? What's the return?
