I tend to look at how open-source is it and what are the motivations of the people behind it, right? One thing that I've noticed is that a lot of these open-source libraries are built by big tech companies where today their incentives are aligned with open-source largely. You're motivated internally to build things, ship them, but you're not incentivized to maintain them,. So those are kind of considerations that I would look into as well when using any open-source code. There's not really a lot of novel things that you can push on the tooling side anymore. It's really on the algorithm and the data side, right?
