There is a great deal of momentum behind the european commission laying out these new regulations. But suppose everything happened so fast that tit wasn't really a clear follow up plan for how they were going to become a real digital regulator in brussels, as opposed to an enforcer. My view, and i think is the view of some too, is that this legislation might achieve somewhat more fairness in the way in which these platforms deal with the ans.
