Is There a Balance Between Order and Chaos?

I think often because I like have a high desire for novelty and like a high drive for it. And then feeling like there's some kind of constraint because society values like stability or safety. So that becomes this really general thing about order and chaos and like explore versus exploit. Is consciousness of this nature? Because if it's too ordered, it's like dead basically because it's not in motion. If it's too chaotic, it also kind of disperses. Yeah.
