Alec Murdoch's son Paul was indicted on three counts of boating under the influence causing death and great bodily injury. That 2019 boat wreck had upended the lives of Paul and four of his friends and caused the death of 19-year-old Mallory Beach. He faced a maximum of 55 years in prison and pleaded not guilty and awaited trial. But now he lead dead alongside his mother on the family's beloved property. Was Alec right?
