How to Improve Your Health With Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is an Ayurvedic traditional technique. It means 16 hours out of the day you aren't eating so here's what that would look like say you get up in the morning and drink a little water just to complete the flushing. Then maybe eat at about 10 or 11 your first first food of the day but don't think breakfast is your best most important meal. Most people eat too much for too long in any given 24-hour period, it's major contributor to long-term decline in health.
