How Many American Soldiers Could Die in Ukraine?

I was assuming the Pentagon would basically fund American mercenaries and not put boots on the ground in combat without Congress's approval. It will be very easy to see after the election if they if they have American troops in combat without congressional approval, it will be very interesting to see what happens. The next story in Ukraine is really a video of this general they've got. And thus begins our first foray into switching audio before I play this video.
