The Disassembling of the Government

I want someone that's going to go in there and disassemble portions of the government. The bureaucracy in Washington needs to be disassembled. Probably the security apparatus that was built after 9-11 has to be totally disassembled. It has to be because it's been turned on the American people now. And this is what I'm talking about. Serious, serious cuts to the government.
