In your book another analogy you used is of the sheep. He says the sheep doesn't eat grass and then regurgitate it in front of his shepherd to show all that he's eating. And I think that's something really important to keep in mind when you're listening to podcasts to try and improve watching these gurus, whatever. You have to take that information and actually turn it into something and practice it yourself rather than just kind of going around saying, Oh, this is what I believe in.
