How Sephora Helped Me Grow as an Artist
I feel like it really helped the foundation for me to grow as an artist and just being able to work there at such a young age when I was 20 years old. And there is an audition process to become a cast member at Sephora. So yes, you had to love makeup and love products and be knowledgeable on some products. But I think the one thing they looked for most was being able to be a great salesperson.
