How Do You Help a Company Develop M&A Muscle?
You guys are professionals at buying companies. And I'm curious when you start to help them develop their M&A muscle, what does that look like in terms of a company's own ability to do acquisitions without your assistance? Well, from a buying and analytical standpoint, it really for us, in this particular investment certainly has meant figuring out who are the key players on each side. We're just given their size and the process and financing issues, et cetera, we're really leading those. They have a large number of smaller tuck ins that they've been able to do, particularly on the service tech side.
