How to Practice Speaking in English

Oscar said he did that same thing with English when he was learning English. He would just talk to himself, like talk about his day and just practice talking about everything. I do the same when I'm practicing for public speaking. The only problem with Forest Gump is that Tom Hanks has a weird accent. It's fine to learn a southern accent, but I'd rather you not learn a bad one.
