Defendant Ate's Guilt in the Murder of Paul Dunsa
Lawyer walter lesnovitch began his argument at the crime scene itself. The defence claimed detective who so meticulously went over every piece of evidence collected there, failed to come up with anything. A young neighbor had seen a mystery woman inside a green van parked behind the victim's home. And yet, and every woman, d h nowse was accounted for. In other words, paul dunsac was likely killed by an unknown intruder, maybe a robber caught in the act, who then fled without taking anything. He says the testimony of the victim's fiancee supports the theory.
