The Thames and the Future of London

We've got something like 200 high towers going up in the next few years as London is being developed. Two millimeters a year doesn't sound like that much, but is that significant enough of we're talking about building skyscrapers? There's two significant issues. For something like the underground tunnels that are here for a hundred years or more, then the movements add up, it's 20 centimeters in a century. And so that may be significant, but what's more significant and the reason we discovered all of this is to do with engineering big buildings and other major projects because those fault lines carry water.
