
Garland memo doubles down on Barr policy on investigating candidates

The memo was sent out about eight weeks ago, in late may. We believe this is the first time it's been made public. It follows both the letter and the spirit of previous letters from other attorneys general around election time. The new rule established that no investigating any candidate for president or anybody working for that candidate unless i personally give my permission.
