Stress is a physiological reaction. For some people it happens when they don't hav enough food or a pace to sleep. And for other people, when their butler, you know, told them that thy're gong to be late to work that day. It's not what you're puttingon to oges feet to night. I saw this loke. Did like i've let go f the firm grip that those stories used to have on, like, all my actions. If you carry those stories for a long time, becas i've seen, an impact your health, its impact with my health.
