In 1954, 1968, 1982, 1996, I'm sitting in a chap in South Bend. We're making that investment in Google. This thing called the internet gets created. And then 14 years later, there's an innovation out in Silicon Valley. A guy down Don Valentine met some guys at Fairchild semiconductor and they invested in this little thing called the microchip. Now the computers were only maybe as big as this office I'm sat in. So then where he grew up actually in Seattle, there's another innovation around this thing called personal computers. Steve Balmer's mom famously said, honey, why would you want to work for that company? No one would ever want a computer
