Marshall: I want to talk about something Marshall that it was the one chapter of your book that I actually I've read probably seven or eight times going back over and over again. It's the ambition action aspiration paragraph. And now I'm more focused on aspiration, which is why I think this chapter really spoke to me. He says some people are actually lost in their head. They have lofty goals, but they don't achieve much. Maybe they don't even enjoy the process of life.
