The economy is retooling instead of resources getting pumped into restaurants and making TVs, video games and movie theaters. So it's not that every business is doing well; It's summer shrinking while others are expanding. As long as the government enforces that 30% savings rate, there's enough new saving year after year in order for those longer term projects now to be finished.
