The Escalator's Main Job Is to Move
An escalator's main job is to move. And so if it stops moving, we're more likely to be in or near a crisis than we were five seconds ago. There are some escalators, and i've seen this, that start up when you get close to them. I look forward to the day i have to explain to my descendants that we did a bunch of things that weren't energy efficient because not doing them just felt kind of weird. We've got another question that comes from lindsey, who asks, dear hank, john, help. It was wonderful to just be in different environs like it is weirdly stimulating.
