Are Conservatives More Happy Than Liberals?

In an article, it sort of sounds like they're saying that this survey proves that family is important to happiness and mental health. And I don't know if they're arguing that or if it's just like a strange way of wording it. There's another piece of research that came out recently that seems to indicate that conservatives may not be as much happier than liberals. Maybe liberals might even be more happy than conservatives.
