A study found that the human mind wanders alas, but those minds that wandered the most were least happy. If we spend a lot of time stuck in our head, and if we are not attentive to what we are doing, what it's really affecting, is that our happiness is impacted. And i suppose it's the same the physiology, the psychology, that they are naturally in ne or maybe this is going back to even when we're born. I'm sure there's many listeners who may be thinking about how to change their stress levels while still having success today. Because these things are more important for success than anything else.
