It Was Not a Pot
It was in vain that what said pot, pot, well, perhaps not quite in vain, but very nearly, for it was not a pot. The essence of the pot, capital P, the true nature or form or idea of the pot has become inaccessible to the human intellect. As for himself though he could no longer call it a man as he had used to do with the intuition that he was perhaps not talking nonsense,. yet he could not imagine what else to call it if not a man. And what's imagination had never been a lively one. It was just this hair-breath departure from the nature of a true pot that so excruciating what.
