Housing Market for 2022?

I think we're in for another hot year for housing. Locking i a lease right now might be a good idea before they pop back up. I do think kind of or expensive markets like seattle and san francisco will be hit harder by the impact of rising mortgage rates. Meanwhile, sun belt, florida and texas and the inland west still look rather affordable in terms of prices relative to local rents.
