The Lord's Response to Moses' Objection

Moses says he's not eloquent. The Lord responds, who has made man's mouth? Who makes him mute or deaf or sing or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? So what the Lord is doing there is proclaiming that he is sovereign, he is the creator,. He has the power over Moses' mouth to be able to give him the words that he needs to speak.
