A Dog Runs All Over the Place

Last time we had a dog in one of these stories, people were very concerned that the dogs were going to be hurt. In this story, all the dogs are happy. A woman is forced to run her pet collie after she gets clobbered by a cyclist. She's really frustrated and decides to post about it on social media. The council member for her neighbourhood says there will be no more running problems. But now i have a new problem which is that i have a year old border collie that i can't run any more.
