First citizens really first came to our attention in 2020 when they announced that they were acquiring CIT and an all-stock deal. At the time, CIT was at something like 40% of book value. And so first citizens was going to end up with about 61% ownership in the combined bank for contributing only 40% or so of the assets. So you had a very natural banking synergy there. The combination on paper did something like adding 50% to the earnings power for citizens,. taking the earnings per share up from around $50 a share before the deal to $75 post deal.
