Engaging People on a Thought Leadership Journey

When you set out on thought leadership journey is a company, it's usually because you have a particular perspective that you want to get out there. So what happens when you engage these people and they have a slightly different perspective? You really have to fight that urge and say, we're not in control of this. And without that level of authenticity of just letting them do their then i think you you also stand a pretty good chance of hurting this effort as a whole. Ye.
