Is There a Better Way to Optimize for Profit?

I think in the future, I mean, one of the problems with capitalism is that it really only optimizes for for profit. Like if there was like a version of capitalism where you could optimize for wellbeing, like it's just human wellbeing. And that was like a thing that was equivalent to like money, be like tokenized in some sort of incentive based way. You would probably get better results from a lot of things in society. But we need to identify how to design an incentive system.
