i love to hear a bit of the back story on this, and then how the two of you broke down this problem and actually attacked it. I guess the other thing is that we're living in an increasingly crowded world. And so i've always been interested in examples where you have crowding. It happens when you try and board it or get off an airplane. It's everywhere. So somehow we hit upon thinking about waiting in an elevator. Cause, you know, everybody does it, and everybody probably feels a little bit frustrated about it.
